Experience:
Michael has over 30 years experience working with leading Main Contractors during which time he has honed his skills in Commercial Management and Procurement. His achievements during this period include notable projects such as Royal Ascot Racecourse, Terminal 5, One Hyde Park and most recently Nine Elms which is a £2.5bn residential development in London.
He was Head of Supply Chain for a market leading contracting organisation during which time he developed and successfully integrated a supply chain management programme, which helped to enhance market knowledge and was also supported by a number of strategic subcontract and supplier agreements. He has led and managed procurement teams which also included the development and implementation of fully detailed training programmes for procurement professionals.
Following 12 years at a large contracting organisation in 2010 Michael established a specialist procurement consultancy focusing on the review of SME’s and Contractors systems, processes and supporting documentation, package procurement, strategic procurement, supply chain management and ISO Certification servicing the Construction industry.

Personal:
